Example:
Before creating a short fund offer, I always check the current positions on the collection. You can check the current fund offers under the PRICE LOCK tab on the collection page. Make sure that you are on the PRO Mode (you can switch it at the bottom left of the page).
Currently the best short offer is at 2.34:
We will be undercutting the other offers and already have a max bid input as a layer of security, however, it is always wise to check the page above in order to make sure that a single offerer is not creating a gap between the fund offers.
In this example I am comfortable with placing my offer after 2 offers. I am going to leave AMOUNT field empty, you can also enter a value in that field, however, make sure that the value is not too big. As you know from the previous examples in the documentation, on Tensor offers and bids are lined up by decimals.
I am comfortable with offering a short loan up to the 95% of the floor, this is going to be my max bid value.
I am pasting my private key and clicking on the submit button:
Once again make sure that your settings are correct:
Once submitted the system is going to calculate the values and send your bid, it might take a few moments depending on the number of the other offers on the collection.
The system has placed my offer as the 3rd position, by clicking on the "Details" button I am going to check the live position:
My position is highlighted as you see below:
You can check the details on the Tensor page as well where we previously checked the other offers on the page:
NOTE:
As you when you click the details tab, many of the current offers are sharing the exact same value, we show it as levels:
If I were to tell the system to place my offer after 6 bidders, it would have placed my bid on the 16th position as there is no gap in between 6th and 16th positions.
