Top bid on NFTinit Applicaiton corresponds to the highest bid value on Tensor while the Prices After Fees option is toggled on.

If you've already noticed while Prices After Fees is higher while you are on the items page compared Prices Before Fees but on the contrary, on the BIDS page, the bid values are lower while Prices After Fees is selected. That is because the person that is going to accept the bid will receive the value after the Fees are deducted from your bid.

Also as you see in the above picture, the top bid only takes collections bids into consideration. You can understand that you are looking at a collection bid if it is written "ALL" under the trait column. You can completely hide trait bids by clicking on "Hide trait bids" check box.
