Trending

General Settings Trending page lists the most popular collections on Opensea according to the sales count by default, however, you can change the sorting settings by clicking on the headers. For instance if you click on Floor, the page will sort itself according to the floor prices of Trending collection.

Most of the headers are self explanatory, but below we will go over them briefly:

Headings:

  • 1H Sales: Shows the number of Opensea sales in the last 60 minutes, this time frame can be changed from the top right.

  • Floor: Current floor price of the collection, not that if a collection is pumping or dumping extremely fast, Opensea API might lag a little while reporting to floor price.

  • Max Sale: The sale with the highest amount in the given time frame. This is a good indicator while hunting for collections to bid on to see if there is demand for rare NFTs in the collection.

  • Bluechip: Shows the ratio of holders who owns an NFT from blue chip projects (collections with at least 2 ETH floor price and 10k ETH volume). This metric is very important for determining if the overall quality of holders of the project. Bluechip holders usually tend to hold their NFTs for longer.

  • 1H Volume: Volume of the collection the last hour.

  • Listings: Number of active listings in the collection.

  • Unique Holders: Number of unique wallets that are holding at least one NFT from the collection.

  • 1H Unique Buyers: Number of unique wallets that have purchased from the collection in the last one hour. This is an important metric to understand if there is an overall hype in the project or if it is trending just because a whale is making big purchases.

  • Period: You can change the time frame 1 minute to 1 day in this menu

  • Explore: Links to the socials of the collections.
