Navigate to "Tensor Price Lock" tab and select the "Tensor Long Fund Lock" is selected on the dropdown menu:
Add the collection by typing its slug in the search bar and click on "add" button:
Collection will be added after a brief loading time:
Fund Type: Read-only indicator field for showing the type of lock.
Min Bid: Minimum value you are willing to take for your NFT in case your long offer is taken.
Undercut - Position: Number of your positions your offer will be placed compared to other Long Fund Offerers.
Example:
Before creating a long fund offer, I always check the current positions on the collection similar to when I am creating a short fund offer.. You can check the current fund offers under the PRICE LOCK tab on the collection page. Make sure that you are on the PRO Mode (you can switch it at the bottom left of the page).
As you in the above picture I wanted place my offer on the second position, in order to achieve that, I used the below settings:
The system placed my bid on the second position as I am undercutting by only 1 position. Even though both the first position and my offer (second position) seem to have the exact same value: 173.95, the decimals are different. This is not visible on the Tensor interface, however, you can see the exact decimals by clicking on the details button on NFTinit application:
Now the system will adjust my position as the position of the other bidders change. Keep in mind that I will still get hit if someone takes more than one long offer at the same time. I will also get hit if more than one people takes long offers simultaneously. Higher you place your offer, it is more likely that your long fund offer is going to be taken.
Note: As you see in the below screenshot, the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th positions have the exact same value. Unlike Blur, Tensot doesn't merge the exact same values into a single level, instead, they are all shown individually. So, If I were to ask the system to place my bid on the 13th position, it would have placed my long offer on the 16th position simply because the offers between 11th and 16th positions are exactly the same.
In some collections this case can be more extreme such as first 30 positions being exactly the same value (this applies for both bidding and long/short offers), so in such a case you might want to only undercut by 3 positions but your offer can end up being placed at the 31th position, therefore, always make sure to click on the details button whenever you want to examine the details of your placement.
