And: Indicates that all criteria must be met

Or: Indicates that either one of the criteria is sufficient for bids to be placed.

Example: Below, the AND condition is selected. It means that not the system will undercut the top bidder by 0.000001 but also will check the if at the same there are at least 7 bidders before me. If OR condition was used, meeting only either one of the criteria would have been sufficient.
